My cat passed away 1 1/2 month ago, was born between a cat which my family owned (mom) and a stray cat at an apartment block near my house (dad). When she escaped from our house, she got pregnant him.

She was very beautiful black cat, but he (my cat) got his dad gene stronger. Miserable dried white fur, black spots near both of ears, black tail, funny face and crying thickly - this is exactly what his dad was - however so, he has great personality and I couldn't (cannot) stop loving him though...

When I went for a walk around that apartment block the other day, I met this cat. A black spot on his right ear, black tail, poorly dried white fur (since he is another stray cat just like my cat's dad used to be) - and ugly - but seems like good temper.

I believe this cat is surely my cat's blood family.
Just wondering how many generations younger than my cat...?

一月半前に永遠の眠りについたウチの猫、通称はまぐりは、我が家で飼っていた雌猫と近所の団地を縄張りにしていた野良猫との間に生まれた。　家出をして帰って来た時には彼（はまぐり）を身ごもってたのだ。

母猫はかなり器量良しの黒猫だった。　けど、ヤツはノラ父の遺伝子を多分に受け継いだ。　貧相でバサバサの白い毛、両耳の脇に黒いブチ、黒い尻尾、ブサイク顔でダミ声で泣く─まさにノラ父そのまま─それでもはまぐりはホントに性格のいいヤツだったので愛さずにはいられなかったけどね（てか、多分、単なる美猫だったらこんなに愛してなかったかも）。

先日その近所の団地のあたりを散歩していたら、この猫に出会った。　右の耳に黒いブチ、黒い尻尾、貧乏臭いバサバサの白い毛（まぁ、彼の場合ははまぐり父と同じくノラでもあるからどうしても汚くはなるけど）─且つブサイク顔─でも人（猫）はよさそうな顔つき。

きっとはまぐりの血縁なんだと思う。
何世代後の血縁なんだろうな…？

木曜日ははまぐりの四十九日…現実だ、ってちゃんと理解は出来ているけど、まだ嘘みたいな気もする。
